Question : Issues with Outlook recurring evnets on Outlook and Exchange 2007

One of our users (which happens to be the CIO) has time change issues only with recurring event in his calendar .  Mostly the time jumps ahead 1 or two hours. He only has a few of them for his weekly meetings. We even deleted all of them and recreated them, but sill and the same issue. The time changes only on his calendar, but the time for his attendees remain the same without issues.  He has BB, a desktop that he uses in the office , and a laptop that he uses at home.  Regardless of where he access email, we have the same issue (even in OWA)

We have deleted and  recreated his Outlook profile twice, but still have the same issue.  He was having this issue with Outlook 2007 and still has it with outlook 2010.
I hope you all can help to fix the CIO's calendar . :-)  :-),
FYI, we are running Exchange 2007 and he is the only user with this issue.

I think 3.1 would work with what you have; yes, you can put it on the same box, it runs in Tomcat not IIS so it should behave fine.  What you willl want to do is give IIS port 444 and the CSG port 443.  Just follow Carl's guide and you should be good to go.
