Question : Joining MacOS 10.6 to a windows 2008 domain

Hello experts,

We have 5 MACs in our organization. I want to join them to our Windows 2008 domain. Actually I have googled for such topic, I found lot of results, but didn't succeed.

Can anybody give a step by step guide to do so?

Answer : Joining MacOS 10.6 to a windows 2008 domain

create an account on your windows server active directory
on you apple computer:
click on Apple icon on the top left
click system preferences
click on Accounts
Click on Login options
Then on the side window click on JOIN next to Network Account Server
New window will open select active directory and fill in the server details and stuff
You should be good to go after this.
