Question : Anchor link not working in Firefox on asp page

I've searched and seen related questions, but not directly. At http://www.nanniesfromtheheart.com/fam_services.asp  there's a link to #calculator at the bottom of the page, so:

http://www.nanniesfromtheheart.com/fam_services.asp#calculator

Works in IE, but not in Firefox.

I don't see a name anchor anywhere there.  <a name="calculator"></a> should be right above <h2>Rate Calculator</h2>.
