Question : Expired Webmail Certificate  what now?

We run Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 and I have just purchased a new HTC Evo and have spent the last 3 hours at Sprint trying to figure out why I was unable to hook to our e-mail.  What they discovered is our certificate expired in February.  How do you renew your certificate?
