Question : Hardware Compatibility SATA SSD HDD

My Motherboard:
Abit AW9D-MAX Intel 975X (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

The user guide to my motherboard states that it supports SATA 3.0Gb/s. Nowhere does it say SATA 2, but I read somewhere that SATA 2 was SATA 3.0Gb/s?

Will I be able to plug the following SSD HDD into this motherboard?
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130373927066&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT#ht_1550wt_1006

http://www.corsair.com/products/ssd_reactor/default.aspx

If it does plug in, will I get the full benefit of this HDD? As far as I can tell SATA 3.0Gb/s is just another way of saying SATA 2, but I may be wrong... Very confused!

Your problem is easy to solve in reports, so you can handle On Format Event to change the color of box.
