Question : Sync MS Project 2010 tasks with MS Outlook 2010 tasks without Project server or add-in

I would like to sync tasks from MS Project 2010 to MS Outlook 2010. I have read that the add-in that was available for Outlook 2007 is not needed because Project 2010 includes a feature that replaces it. For the life of me I cannot find how to sync. I don't have Project Server or SharePoint. Is there some native sync capability? Thanks for your help.

(A) May be apache service starts early than mysql?
And it is simply "no connection" at this time.
You can to try start services separately or change startup order:
1. mysql
2. apache
or
(B) Exclude your C:\\wamp\\www\\sqltest.php from php.ini
