Question : How to decommision an Exchange 2007 Server

Hi, I have Exchange 2007 cas/hub servers running on several vm's.  I consolidated to two cas/hub and two edge servers and plan to decommission one of the exchange server cas/hub and looking for the best but fast way to do it.  I just plan on shutting off the vm eventually and deleting from disk so if an uninstall of exchange 2007 is not necessary that would be nice, something like a dcpromo utility?
