Question : cannot access windows XP via remote desktop

hi, for some reason one of my customers cannot access their laptop via RDP through remote web workplace or through the server 2003 SBS locally.  They can access the other PC on the network without any problems it just allows access. I have read up on this and found that upgrading the graphics card drivers should do the trick but ut hasn't and also turned down the hardware acceloration but that didn't work. turned off firewalls etc local and antivirus and ports are open on router too.

Any other ideas?
