every time I restart computer windows is applying windows updates in the intro screen

"you are about to be logged off"
which shuts my computer off in one minute

this only happens when I plug usb internet in my computer

system restore doesnt work

ran combofix, malewarebytes, norton

Answer : "you are about to be logged off"
