Question : Windows Vista Black Screen

Hi Experts,

I was using my friend's laptop and a message came up saying that a malware has been found and I accepted an option to have it moved.

Long story short, when I restarted the computer, the screen goes black after I login.

Through doing a quick search online, I can access files and the internet by going through the task manager, but I cannot figure out how to fix the issues.

Does anyone know how to fix the issue though?

Thanks,
rav

Answer : Windows Vista Black Screen

For idea3 you could set up a ESX(i) cluster with vSphere and run your application in a fault tolerant setup. The application is totally unaware that it is clustered and fail over is near instataneous.

Take a look at http://www.vmware.com/products/fault-tolerance/

Good Luck
