Question : AD under admin tools

If I cannot see AD under Admin tools, does it mean the .msc is not available? - and has to be installed?

Answer : AD under admin tools

Is this on the server or client, if client reinstall the adminpak.msi if the server if you navigate to control panel and then admin tools you should find it, I have seen this a few times where it is missing from program files > Admin tools, but it is always in control panel > admin tools.
