Question : Folders are missing

Hi all,
A computer I work on is all of a sudden missing about 7 folders, I have alphabetically listed clients in individual folders and the range from A-G folders are gone.  I have searched hidden, looked everywhere,  The only place that they show up is in Recent...I checked the recycle bin, everywhere.  I am at a loss.  I checked the router, we have WPA2 encryption, we have a static IP address in a building with shared internet (so I am not on their network) Help!

Answer : Folders are missing

since its a windows 7 machine, right click on the source folder and choose "restore previous versions" from the list.

this should open a window where you can choose a time before the files were lost. click a backup, then click open if you see whats missing, simply drag it to the current folder and it will copy.
