Question : Locking cells on an Excel Spreadsheet
I have an Excel spreadsheet that is formula and macro driven. Once all of the formulas have been inputted how can I "lock down" all of the spreadsheet except for the eight cells (A8:A15) that can be selected as the "active cell"?
Answer : Locking cells on an Excel Spreadsheet
You need to go to the format cells on the cells you want to be accessible and uncheck locked. Then go to the protection menu and protect the worksheet. you should only be able to access the unlocked cells.
