Question : Access Asking for Parameter I Didn't Put In
I am a novice/intermediate level Access user. I created a bunch of different queries/tables that used parameters with no problem. I am now trying to create some new ones for different things and when I run the query, it only asks for the parameter I put in - everything's great. Now, I am trying to create a report based on the query and it not only asks for the parameter I put in, but also three more parameter boxes pop up. These requests are based on fields in the table that aren't even used in the query. What am I doing wrong? My report looks ok, but VERY annoying and I worry about data corruption or my report being inaccurate.
Thanks in advance for any help!
Answer : Access Asking for Parameter I Didn't Put In
Could it be that you left some fields in the Grouping dialog box of the report, or in the Filter property ?
