Question : SSIS To Modify File Attributes

Hi , I have the below file that gets generated daily with date in the file name that it was created on....
INVENTORY_SUMMARY_QUANTUM_00001_2010-08-16.csv
(the above file name will have the date that it is created each day so the file name does change)

What I need to do is to change the file name and type to the below...

INVENTORY_SUMMARY_QUANTUM_00001.txt


I would like to use SSIS to complete this task, any help is greatly appreaciated, thanks

Hi, thanks for the feedback. I have utlizied another solution. I just rename the file and ssis to move the data from one file type to another. Im not very expperienced with variables, thanks you for your assistance!
