Question : Avaya CMS reports automation

Hello,

I am currently using Avaya CMS reports  and there is a task that I would like to automate.  The task is to run a report on 5 users and have it export the findngs into excel.  Can I write a script in CMS or should I write a script in EXCEL/VBA to open up a session od CMS and use send keys to do all the work?  

If someon can provide an example script to get this to work I would gladly appreciate it.
Not sure how in Excel to create a macro to open up a CMS session.

There is the issue, yu are doing this as an auto entry, rather than as its own field

I would suggest that you create a new field called combo name using the formula I previously provided
type of field is a calculatuon

let me know if there is a reason that will not work for you
