Question : How do i filter reports in access 2007???

Hi There

I have a simple database that I have set up in Access 2007,  Which Includes a report containing a letter for customers.

Can someone please tell me how I can filter the report so that the letter only goes to some of my customers?

I'm sure this is very easy but I can't seem to find out how do this!

Ok Guys  - I found the solution my self this time!

What I did was to create a query, and then linked the report data to that query - therefore exluding the data I didn't want - thanks for your efforts though :)
