Question : Win32:Access is denied.  - Service Dependencies

I am unable to access Service Dependencies on my Windows 2003 Server.  When I attempt to access dependencies the following dialog box appears:

Answer : Win32:Access is denied.  - Service Dependencies

Also, this as well could be permissions
