Question : Best wireless access to an HP Deskjet F4500 - time capsule or no?

I bought a new HP Deskjet F4500 printer and would like to make it available to all of the various laptops floating about our house (some Apple, some Windows)

I have an Apple Time capsule and was thinking of connecting it to that (among other things the Time capsule happens to be located where I would like to put the printer).  Also, I suspect that the time capsule wireless is stronger than the printer's.

On the other hand, according to an Apple support post, http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1253 , some printer features may not be available through the time capsule.

So, the question is:
Should I connect this printer to the Time Capsule or directly to my Windows XP computer?

Answer : Best wireless access to an HP Deskjet F4500 - time capsule or no?

Seeing that your printer is wireless I don't understand why you want to tie it to certain devices. After the initial IP configuration you can put that printer anywhere. Then install it on your laptops and you will print directly to the printer over your wireless network.

If you share it on xp or time capsule then those devices need to be powered on before you can print so it's better to print directly to your printer without going through other devices..
