Question : How can I rotate a video?

I created several short videos with a Kodak EIS digital camcorder.   Some of the sequences were shot holding the camcorder upright, others at 90 degrees.   I want to create a movie using the sequences, but I do not know how to rotate the segments back to normal orientation.

I think no standby redo logs file are there on standby database side.
