Question : How to best format an SD Card or a Pendrive?

Hi everyone,

  I'm formatted my Lexar 2G SD Card. I have very little idea about these options:

  1. File System : (NTFS, FAT (default), FAT32, exFAT)
  2. Allocation unit size : 32 Kilobytes, 64 kilobytes
  3. Quick format or Not Quick Format?

  What would be the best format setup so that my SD card would perform at its best and avoid getting files corrupted? Is the best format setup for SD card can be applied in USB Flash Drives / Pendrives? Thanks in advance.

it as additional RAM in Win 7 Pro READYBOOST. What will be the best format setup then for this?  - NTFS.
