Question : Citrix \ IE - Published Web Site

I want to make IE 7 available as a published application to a handful of users.  What I need to do is to remove all if not most of the browsing facility and menu settings from IE 7. Has any installed the ADM file for IE 7 GPOs ? Is it possible to remove all settings from IE7.  The users would then only browse to sub-sites via links on the page.
