Question : Server security analysis to determine patch level

I am familiar with MS Baseline Security analyzer and would like to determine if there are other MS tools that can help me analyze what is needed on any given MS server regarding patch level.  MBSA should handle all the MS patch assessment well (I believe), but what else do others use?  MS tools are preferable but probably will not catch items like Adobe patch levels.  What do you use???
