Question : Rules at the mailbox level via Exchange
Hi,
I was wondering if there is any way to setup rules into a mailbox without having to go through Outlook.
Basically something like if the subject has the word "hello" to be forwarded to another mailbox?
Could this configured directly on the Exchange server?
Answer : Rules at the mailbox level via Exchange
If you are using Exchange 2007 or 2010 then you can create transport rules and specify the recipient and subject/body text.
If your not using Exchange 2007 or 2010 then the only way to do it would be with an SMTP Event sink.
