Question : Outlook Web App (OWA) 2010 defaults to light version for specific user

Only on one user in the organization does OWA insist, no matter what it selected on the log on screen, to use OWA light on Exchange 2010 and this user happens to be me. I've tried from every browser on a lot of machines and it always logs in with the light version

 Is there a setting somewhere in the mailbox/AD account that sets this to light only? I've checked every that I can click for my mailbox?

fyi, I am the exchange administrator and domain admin, but it used to work.

First run in the EMS:
 get-CASMailbox <Mailboxname>|fl
  and check if the parameter,  OWAPremieumEnabled is true. If not this might be the issue.

Then check through the menu options/Accessibility  if the  Use the blind and low vision experience is unchecked; if it is checked, uncheck it, save, logoff and try to logon again.
