Question : Windows 2k8 R2 Remote Desktop Services keeps disconnecting users

We have a 3 hosts RDS farm about 120 users total.  Usrs are getting disconnected a few times a day and i'm not sure what's going on. There are all internal  Ive checked the session idle time and it's set to never for testing and still users are getting disconnected. I've checked the farm resources and they all seems fine. Any ideas? Thanks.
