Question : Script for Excel Data

I have an excel file that I produce monthly.  The data in column B starting row 9 needs to be divided by 1000 then i would like to have it summarized on change of date.  Then I would like to only see the daily total.

Desired Outcome:

Time               G1L1-1C1
5/1/10                4.2
5/2/10                7.9
so on and so on

Any takers?

If outlook is installed on local machine then you can connect Global address list (Look in External Data - Additional (Access 2007)
