Question : Outlook 2003 Cannot Open One or More Attachments

SBS 2003 (non-R2) + Outlook 2003 SP3.

Setup has been working for years, then yesterday, all of the sudden, we cannot open attachments.

1. When clicking on a new email in Outlook that has an attachment we get the error "Cannot open one or more attachments".
2. When opening previous emails that had attachments, they do not show up. (Normally, they would show above the message, and you could right-click, then choose Save As..., but that area is blank.

How to fix?

Turns out other users could not get into webmail. It was giving a 404 page cannot be displayed. I ended up rebooting for good measure, and that fixed everything.
