Question : DNS Server 2008 SBS errors

I have an SBS 2008 Server that occasionally has errors that stop email, active directory and dns from working. This was a migration from SBS 2003 using the microsoft method. everything seemed to go okay during the migration process.
I get application event log errors:
2102 MSExchange ADAccess,
Process MAD.EXE (PID=2588). All Domain Controller Servers in use are not responding:
9143 MSExchangeSA,
Referral Interface cannot contact any Global Catalog that supports the NSPI Service. Clients making RFR requests will fail to connect until a Global Catalog becomes available again. After a Domain Controller is promoted to a Global Catalog, it must be rebooted to support MAPI Clients
9074 MSExchangeSA,
The Directory Service Referral interface failed to service a client request. RFRI is returning the error code:[0x3f0].
9153 MSExchangeSA
Microsoft Exchange System Attendant reported an error '0x80040934' when setting DS notification.
System Event log errors:
1054 Group Policy
The processing of Group Policy failed. Windows could not obtain the name of a domain controller. This could be caused by a name resolution failure. Verify your Domain Name Sysytem (DNS) is configured and working correctly.

When I run a DCdiag I get the following:

A Reboot fixes the problem, but it is not a permanent solution....

Answer : DNS Server 2008 SBS errors

dcdiag looks at the event logs, and if the event logs have errors, they get repeated by dcdiag.

So for your first, it is saying that there is a significant error in your event logs with the id 15100 and was generated on 6/25 at 8:30:08

It even says "event log = System" so you know which event log to look in.

fire up the event viewer, go to the system event log. Scroll down to the point in time that dcdiag reported the error, and see if it is a transient error or a reoccuring one.

....rinse and repeat for the second dcdiag error.
