Question : why notepad opens in small screen

everytime i open a notepad, it comes in a small window size. How can I get it to open in full screen now?

Answer : why notepad opens in small screen

Go to the Start Menu -> "Accessories" -> Right click on "Notepad" -> Select "Properties"
Under the "Shortcut" tab, there is the option to make it run "Maximized", right now it is most likely set to "Normal Window".  Just change that, and you should be good.
