Question : Symantec Email Proxy

Good morning Experts,

I have a user, here at work, that decided to click on an e-mail that she wasn't sure whom it was from.  None the less, her computer become unusable.  After performing a FIXMBR, with I have EE memebers to thank for that, I was at least able to get the machine to boot back up.  I am currently at a remote site, and I am now trying to repair the rest via remote desktop.  Although I am not 100% sure, I beleive I removed the trojan that was causing the most problems.  However, I can not seem to trace the cause of the error that randomly pops up, please see below, and any help would be appreciated.

Thanks again,

Bruce

Answer : Symantec Email Proxy

Sounds like something is sending. YOu may want to have the user reboot in safe mode with networking and install and run Malwarebytes on the system. http://malewarebytes.org

Even if they cannot get ot safe mode, you may be able to still install and run malewarebytes in normal mode.
