Question : Joomla Module

Hi Experts,

Based on experience, can someone recommend a good java script module that I can use to display a table produced with JS.  I'd like to take the script and just paste into the module and go.

And I am looking for a good iFrame module too... again based on experience can someone recommend a good iFrame module?  (Free)
