Question : "svc: short len 19, dropping request"

I have a CentOS 5.4 linux server setup in a DRBD cluster. If I start NFS the following error message begins to scroll up the console (svc: short len 19, dropping request) The server is running within VMWare ESX 3.5.0.

I can start portmap and nfslock, but once I start nfs the error message begins to scroll up the screen.

Can someone provide some assistance?
