Question : swf file won't play on the web
I've uploaded a picture gallery created using Fireworks to the website. It previews just fine in the local webserver, but the swf file does not appear after being uploaded to the web. I've quadrupled checked the files; I have the .swf, the index, an xml config file, and a .js script file, and of course, the pics. The file with the .swf imbedded is called 'index.html'; however, it is located in the 'images' folder, so there shouldn't be any conflict with the main index.html file. I was thinking of changing the name thinking that would do the trick but I may create errors somewhere else. Besides, like I said, it shouldn't create a conflict with the main index.html file.
Please advise.
Answer : swf file won't play on the web
Hi brohjoe,
Typically the paths to something or other are wrong or a necessary file was not uploaded. Can I see a link to the page in question?
