Question : PHP - Just installed question

I just installed php and a example program from Planet source code.  The program seems to work just fine until I click on the Feedback link.  It acts as if it does not know what to do with the file format.  Why would all the php files work fine but this one messes it up.  I am using this through IIS 6 have included a screen shot.  Any help is appreciated.

Answer : PHP - Just installed question

Winmerge says the two files are identical.  Other than the errors from not having the includes and database, it opens fine when I click on the Feedback link.
