Question : Exchange Database will not mount.

I have a edb that will not Mount.

I have followed this and also made sure all log files are in tact.

In the event log I am getting this error. - Information Store (1012) Mailbox Database 1438738473: Database recovery/restore failed with unexpected error -515.

And this error when I try and Mount the darn thing.

I have read everything I can and have tried everything but still I am stuck with this error.

You have a problem.
I think you restored the exchange database in the same folder where your existing logs are.
