Question : Setup/Configure Outlook settings using group policy

Is it possible to setup/configure outlook using group policy?  

We would like to use GP to setup/configure the following:

Setup the user account/outlook profile when the user logs in
Control Outlook Anywhere
Control the Junk Email Folder settings


Is this possible and how do you set it up?

first you must import outlook ADM template into group policy
