I have several users already setup to in Entourage and linked to our exchange server, however a couple of our users seem to connect but not load in any of their calendar items, emails folders, contacts, etc. I noticed in exchange that these users did not have a local SMTP account in the email account setup on exchange so I added it, but it is still not working. Any suggestions?
