OK, Sorted...
For some reason when using Telnet the first response is always "
-ERR Protocol error. 17"
On top of that who ever set up the Support user left the account set as "user Must Change Password at next logon"... as this is a service account no one will ever log in as this user so it was never going to prompt to change...
Everything is now working without issues...
I will share the points out accordingly as i would not have worked this out without your help thanks guys...
