Question : Import/Merge messages from PST into existing mailbox on Exchange 2003

What is the best way to merge messages, calendar, etc. into an existing
Exchange mailbox? I need to do this preserving the existing mailbox data
hopefully without getting duplicates?

I have 20GB PST file, also PST and mailbox have different names. PST was produced from some different system.

When you use Outlook 97, Outlook 98, Outlook 2000, or Outlook 2002 to send a delayed message, the actual "Sent Time" time stamp information for that message is the compose time of the message and not the actual sent time. This is by design.
