Question : Facing issues in OCS federation..

We are in process of OCS federation with one of our client, i already had opened below posts on this sites, please read them first.

everything is setup as it should but now when client is trying to connect us they are getting below error

at the same time we are also getting hits from their side but having below error on our edge.

Description:  Significant number of connection failures. This can be due to credential issues, firewall, DNS or proxies.

Client told us that our edge server does'nt have complete certificate chain installed, we are using public certificate and i dont think we would need to install chain if pub certificate is there. please help me on this.

After installation of latest CRL and certificate chain from our public CA, it start working
