Question : outlook 2007 archived sent item

a client is using outlook 2007 -he cannot open  sent items in his mailbox on exchange server 2003.
the emails are shortcutted with attachments ,when trying to open them
outlook freezes up with the hour glass & you have to end now .

I have recreated windows outlook profiles, moved mailbox to different server & storage group
ran clean reminders - nothing worked - please help...thx JW

I'd go with endital's idea.
Probably some kinda stubbing going on @ third party archiving solution.
