Question : Error Message Moving Mailbox

Hey everyone,

I am doing a migration today of mailboxes from Server2003/Exchange2003 to Server2008/Exchange2010. I moved over 40+ mailboxes successfully. However, one won't migrate. Here is the error message I am getting:

The user has insufficient access rights.
