Question : Learn Combofix Scripting

Hi all

Malware specialists i have a small question. Here i heard about Combofix before one year and it has saved me realy lot of time in my daily job. Now i would like to learn more about Combofix Scripting (and analyzing) to remove malware if combofix fails. Do you know some good sources?
