Question : Master Page with multple contentplaceholders

I have a master page with 2 contentplaceholders.

In the child pages - there would be 2 contents -
say content 1 - which maps to contentplaceholder1 of master page - and will have code (and content) specific to that child page
however, content 2 - which maps to contentplaceholder2 of master page - should have common content coming from say a page - charts.aspx.

How do i display charts.aspx in content 2.
