I'm an SA at a small, but rapidly growing software firm. Up til now our password management infrastructure consists of a ring binder in my desk drawer, full of handwritten passwords. We need a system that provides a secure database of passwords that will allow different levels of access to different user groups. Smart or USB key functionality would be nice, too.
Open source would be even better.
