Question : Exchange signitures for two companies on same server

OK Exchange is 2010 and here's the problem.

We have two companies using 1 exchange server,   If I make the transport rule to use inorganization it will add the same text to all emails.

How can I separate the two to reflect company1.com and company2.com when applying a signature

Have you tried rebuilding their profile?

Login as admin, change the name of their profile folder... Have them logon again, then logoff... logon as admin again and copy over only their important files (ie: desktop, documents, etc.).

This should solve your problem.
