Question : kaspersky administration kit problem

After I install the administration kit, then we can't download the update to the repositories and we can't update the kaspersky alone,  and there is a message
appear  (

This problem is appear at two customers yesterday and I'm sure there is an internet in all pc's and the network is work properly.
Please advise us ASAP.
