Question : HTML need help !!!!

I have html code that i provided as attachment (index.htm) the output of the htm is also provided as screenshot (index.jpg).  I NEED THE HELP ICON THAT IS CURRENTLY DISPLAYED AT THE LEFT SIDE OF THR PAGE TO APPEAR MORE CLOSER AS SHOWN IN HIGHLIGHTED (YELLOW COLOR)

I am not familiar with HTML editing , any help is appreciated.

This should do it I believe - test it first on something that doesn't matter though!

mv *_??_lrg.jpg /home/myself/documents/website/extrapics/
