Question : how to find how many days left for the installed eval copy of microsoft sql r2

Hi experts:

Have installed the evaluation copy of microsoft sql R2 this is availble for 180 days but i need a help how to find out how many days has passed after installing the eval copy. so that i can plan to purchase. accidently i deleted the email which i had received while downloading. please help me how to find out how many more days i will be having on eval\trail period.

Please note:
First i had installed eval copy of microsoft sql 2008 used this for 4 months recently microsoft  released sql R2 our software developer asked us to uninstall the sql2008 and install the eval copy of sql2008 R2 as per his instructions we have done the same, now i need a help of how to find out how many days have been passed after installing the sql 2008 R2 . please help me in this regard.

To be more precise the Component Name colum in the About screen will read something like this:
Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Complete (expires in 12 days)
